What is your company worth?

You enter your VAT number or company name. We look up the most recently filed annual accounts and immediately tell you whether a valuation is possible. You then leave your name, e-mail address and phone number and the indicative value appears on your screen.

We start from the EBITDA (operating result before depreciation) in the latest annual accounts and apply a multiple that rises gradually with company size: from roughly 2× for very small businesses to roughly 7× for large ones. We then correct for three things visible in the accounts: negative equity, a net loss and a team of at most two full-time employees. The outcome is an enterprise value: debt, cash, real estate and sector-specific factors are not included.

For owners and directors of Belgian companies (BV, NV, CV, …) that file annual accounts with the National Bank. Sole traders do not file annual accounts and therefore cannot be valued automatically.
