1. Introduction

This privacy policy describes how gratiswaardering.be collects, uses and protects your personal data. The controller is the operator of gratiswaardering.be; you can reach us via the contact page. By requesting a valuation you agree to this policy.

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Calculating and displaying your indicative business valuation
  • Helping you further when you ask us to via the contact form or WhatsApp
  • Improving the tool

The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by requesting deletion of your data.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for at most 24 months after your last use of the tool, or less if you request deletion. Data we are legally required to keep is retained for as long as the law requires.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with:

  • Processors that make the tool technically possible (hosting, database and security), bound by a data processing agreement
  • Authorities or courts when the law requires it

Should sharing data ever be necessary for another service, we will ask for your explicit consent first.
